Working Principle & Complete Process

After that, the sand material enters the high-precision hexagonal screening equipment for multi-stage classification to screen out ultra-fine powder and invalid fine sand. Next, the core attrition reclamation unit performs deep friction cleaning to strip residual clay and binder layers on sand grain surfaces. Subsequently, the boiling cooling and aeration system adjusts the sand temperature, humidity and compactability to standard production parameters. Finally, the regenerated qualified sand is stored in the sand warehouse for recycling in molding production, and waste dust and impurities are collected uniformly by the exhaust dust removal system.
