S52A Series Contrifugal Rotor Regenerator

Intended Purpose:

This is a mechanical centrifugal dry-method regenerator,which could be used for the regeneration of resin sand and sodium dilicate-bonded sand used in casting plants .Its working principe is that the old sand entering into it through the feeding inlet will fall on the cylinbder4 -shaped area formed by the and slinging plate at a high rotary speed to crush with the blades on the plate.Then the sand will be throuwn at the tips of the blades under the confirgugal force.The thrown sand will hit the inner lining ring to crush the insert films on the sand,which wil be exhausted together iwith the ash ,in such way ,the old sand could be regenerated .

Features:

This serfies has single-level and doible -level centrifugal regeneration products with comoanct structure ,reliable operation,low energy consumption and good regeneration effects .A maintenance door is sstalled on one side of the machine to faciliate and maintenance operation.
