Purpose:


This series of equipment is mainly used for temperature regulation of resin sand.


Features:


A screen is installed between the sand inlet and the heat dissipation pipe to prevent debris from entering the heat exchanger.

2. Adopting the heat exchange form of staggered heat dissipation pipes, the sand continuously changes its position during the winding downward process, ensuring sufficient heat dissipation of the sand.

3. Design a slower downward speed, with sand moving slowly from top to bottom, which not only facilitates heat exchange, but also reduces wear on the heat dissipation tube and prolongs its service life.

4. Adopting a countercurrent heat exchange form, the water flow direction is from bottom to top, opposite to the sand flow direction.

5. The heat dissipation tube is equipped with high-frequency continuous ring welding fins, with a large heat exchange area and good heat conduction effect.

6. Configure a temperature control system to achieve fully automatic operation. When the sand temperature exceeds the set temperature, the sand gate will be automatically closed and the water circulation system will be started.

7. Equipped with a material level detection and control device, the heat exchanger inside the sand temperature regulator is always buried by the sand.
