Theory：

In this machine,two enternal synchronous vibrationg motors are used to realize the frictions between the sand blocks and the wear-resistance grilling and between sand blocks to crush them into sand particles with the size of less than 2m.Then the screening device will be used to remove the impurities from the sand.

The machine has integrated many functions such as sand blcok crushing ,pre-regeneration and screening,which could be applied in a great variety occations.

Self-locking technology is used to install the vibratiing motors to facilitate heat release and maintenance and ensure the reliable operation.

High strength supporting springs are used to facilitate installation and operation and reduce noise.

High strength wear-resisting grilling is used to increase the service life of the machine.
