S25 Double-arm continuous resin sand mixer

The Double-arm continuous mixer is mainly used to mix resin self-hardening 

sand and sodium silicate -bonded sand.

Advanced gear pump,membrane pump and liquid tester are used for the adhensive 

supply system to ensure accurate measurement.

Thd mixing duration is short without initial and tail sand.The two arms could totate flexibly ,providing large 

operation area.

The open mixing cage walls could facilitate the cleaning of the blades and the operation of the equipment.

PLC Controller is used to provide sufficient protection .The analog display could ensure its stable operation 

and automatic production.
