S24 Single arm resin sand mixer

This Machine Could Be used to mix and prepare resin sand and sodium silicate-bonded sand .

The adhensive supply system has used variables membrane pump and gear pump to reduce its

 intructure and ensure stable flow rates.

The sand could be uniformly mixed,ensuring the quality of cores.

The mixing duration is short without initial and tail sand,and the sand couldbe fully discharged 

after shutting down the equipment .

The fully-open mixing arm could facilitate the cleaning of the blades and operation.

The one -to-old sand proporion ajuester is installed at the inlet of the mixer to accurate control the radio of 

the new sand to old sand.

PLC controller is used to provide sufficient protection.The analog display could ensure its stable operation and 

automatic production .
