2. performance description

This equipment is mainly used for sand dropping and cleaning of medium and small castings. It can separate casting from molding sand and casting from runner;

The rotating speed of the machine is low. At the same time, the hot and humid used sand binds the casting to form a cushion layer, which solves the sand falling damage of Thin-walled Casting, reduces the damage rate of casting, and has good comprehensive performance. The used sand is broken, cooled and coarse screened.

This is a highly efficient cooling screening machinery introduced by European technology, which integrated crushing, cooling and screening. The equipment is composed of two parts, the roller and roller screening, some spoon guide plates fixed into the rollers.

Working principle: once the hot sand enters the drum through humidification (No. 7 temperature and humidity measuring device), the hot sand pushing up from the bottom to the top and spraying down through the spoon guide plates. At the same time, the strong suction is carried out in the opposite direction of the used sand moving. A large amount of water evaporation takes away the heat and invalid dust inside the hot sand. After precise control of water addition and cooling of hot sand, the content of water and micro powders has also been positively controlled. The bentonite inside used sand has been pre matured, so that the efficiency of sand mixing and the quality of molding sand can be better guaranteed.
