L25 Series Sand Removal Conveyor

Theory：

This Series of Barrels could be used to remove the sand from nmid-and small -sized castings made through the mechanical and 

semi-mechanical pouring process in the casting plants .During the vibration ,the sand will move forward ,and the large groups will be broken .

This equipment is mainly used for sand falling of medium and small castings after pouring in the mechanized automatic or semi-automatic 

molding line of foundry. It makes the molding sand separate from the casting, the separated sand mass is further broken, 

and falls on the vibrating conveyor or belt conveyor through the grid holes, and the casting falls into the work box through the grid transportation.
