SL Vibration Boiling Cooling Bed

SL type vibration boiling cooling bed is a new type of old sand cooling equipment developed and produced by our factory in combination with foreign products. Mainly used for cooling treatment of old sand in the production of tidal sand molding. The vibration boiling cooling bed is composed of a porous fish scale plate bed, an air blowing system, an exhaust system, and a humidification system. It has the characteristics of high cooling efficiency, stable operation, and low maintenance, and can obtain used sand that is close to room temperature (or 10 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature). The matching humidification system can pre adjust the water content of the used sand, making the cooling effect better.

2 Performance specification

SL60 vibration boiling cooler is a new type of used sand cooling equipment developed and produced by our factory in combination with domestic and foreign products, which is used for cooling the used sand in the molding production of tidal molding sand.

Compared with other types of used sand cooling equipment, SL80 vibration boiling cooler has the following characteristics:

(1) good cooling effect and stable operation. After the hot used sand is cooled by the cooler, the sand temperature can be reduced to 48 ℃ (or ambient temperature + 10 ℃).

(2) compared with the fixed boiling cooler, it is not easy to block the mesh when the sand is uneven and the humidity is high.

(3) compared with the double plate cooler, there are fewer vulnerable parts and less maintenance work.
