S83 Series Double Disc Cooler

This machine is mainly suitable for cooling clay and old sand. Adequate movement ensures that the temperature, humidity, and composition of the old sand are uniform, and pre mixing is completed while cooling.

The machine has a compact structure, smooth movement, low energy consumption, and good cooling effect. High pressure blast causes the old sand to boil, achieving cooling effect. The opening of the discharge door can be adjusted to control the quantity of materials in the machine basin.

This machine, along with the automatic temperature and humidity measurement system for used sand, as well as the blower, induced draft fan, and water adding system, can form a complete cooling unit for used sand.

According to the different installation positions, the machine can be made into two feeding modes: linear and vertical, and two unloading directions: left and right. Both can be specified when ordering.
