Working principle of resin sand production line

The resin sand production line mainly consists of sand shakers, magnetic separation belt conveyors, 

suspended magnetic separators, vibration conveyors, crushers, regenerators, air separators, sand temperature controllers

Consisting of pneumatic conveying device, resin sand mixer, bucket elevator, sand silo, pulse back blowing dust collector and other equipment

Based on experience, the resin sand after pouring has good collapsibility, so the resin sand production line uses manual direct addition to

 the magnetic separation belt conveyor. After magnetic separation, it enters the vibration regeneration machine. After vibration crushing, the sand blocks are crushed into sand particles by friction between the sand blocks, and then enter the secondary disc regeneration machine through bucket elevator and magnetic separation. The sand undergoes a 28 meter/second rotational rubbing process in the secondary disc regenerator for film removal and micro powder removal (air separation), and then enters a floating forced air separator for air separation to remove micro powder. The processed sand is then lifted by a bucket elevator and screened on a circular vibrating screen above the sand silo. After screening, the sand is directly sent to the sand silo for backup.

After pouring, the sand box and castings are lifted by a crane to an inertial vibration shakeout machine. After sand removal treatment,

 the castings are transported to the cleaning workshop, and the sand box is transported to the sand box warehouse for backup. Large pieces of leather are sandwiched, and the risers are manually sorted. The sand, sand balls, and small pieces of cold iron from the sand grid fall onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. After magnetic separation, they are transported to the multi-functional vibration crushing and regeneration machine for crushing, demolding, and screening. The screened sand enters the 1 # bucket elevator and is lifted by the elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regeneration machine for strong regeneration, fully demolding. The recycled sand mixed with micro powder, dust, and resin film flows into the flow curtain air separator through the sand flow channel. The air separator is connected to a cyclone dust collector and a pulse back blowing dust collector to remove micro powder and dust. The recycled sand is then lifted by a 2 # bucket elevator to the sand silo for backup. The upper feeding port of the mobile double arm continuous resin sand mixer is connected to the sand outlet below the sand silo by a pneumatic ram. After pressing the sand mixing button on the sand mixing machine control box, the pneumatic ram automatically opens, and a predetermined amount of sand flows into the mixer from the sand silo. In the sand mixer, the sand is transported forward through spiral blades to the starting end of the sand mixing. Curing agent is added from the near end control valve, and pre mixed through small blades until resin is added to the near end valve at the back, entering the sand mixing end. After fully mixing the curing agent, resin, and recycled sand, they are sent to the front discharge port and automatically flow into the prepared sand box for molding and core making.

The regeneration process of resin sand is divided into three stages:

1. The pre-treatment stage includes processes such as sand falling, magnetic separation, crushing, and screening to purify and disperse the sand;

2. Regeneration treatment stage;

3. The post-processing stage includes grading and sand temperature adjustment.
